MEP contracting

Base-build and shell-and-core building services: design coordination, supply, installation, testing and commissioning. Every trade in the ceiling void sits under one contract.

    Site survey, scope review, estimating and value engineering, so the price and programme are realistic.

    Design coordination

    Shop drawings, clash coordination with ceilings and joinery, and material submittals.

    Approvals

    Landlord, authority and utility submissions prepared and tracked with the client team.

    Procurement & mobilisation

    Material approvals, orders and deliveries planned against the site programme.

  5. 05

    Installation

    Supervised by engineers and foremen, with progress and quality checks against the programme. Safety first, with toolbox talks and permit-to-work compliance.

    Testing & handover

    Testing, commissioning, snagging, as-built drawings and O&M documentation, so the client can open on time.
